1) The tack consistency needs to be increased to 28-32%
2) The breakage of the lumps in the pulp will increase the surface area
3) Increase the temperature of the pulp to 80-10O0C.
4) The ultra-precision dispersion with precision gap control for Disperser segments.

Parason Flat Disperser system is designed to Disperse the specs & the impurities (waxes, hat melts, stickies, bitumen, ink) contained in the waste paper pulp. The technology lies in the combining of the forces such as high consistency of the pulp to 7 to 0%, raising the temperature to 80' to 100' , applying the mechanical energy by ultra precision Disperser segments in the accuracy of microns.

At this stage the combination of the various forces creates the balance so that the aesthetic properties of the paper are improved dramatically.

"PARASON" Dewatering Screw which has both Conical Screw cone and Pneumatically controlled counter pressure cone, ensures desired dewatering effect upto 12% consistency with flexibility of operation.
Parason Screw Press With Pneumatic Loading System
The "PARASON" Screw Press is very sturdy and has a unique feature. The screw is made in single piece casting with hard facing an edges of the flights. Pulp stock outlet consistency upto 30% after Screw Press.
Parason Plug Screw/Shredder Screw
Plug Screw and Shredder is designed to avoid escaping of steam, thus reducing steam consumption and improve dispersing effect. Thinckened stock is shredded uniformly to increase surface area of pulp stock.
Parason Heater Mixer 
Shredded stock heated to 90-100°C in Heater mixer with temperature control system. Steam nozzles provided through - out the length of Heater Mixer for uniform heating.

Working Principle

Parason Disc Thickner works as a gravity filter and does not require any barometric legs for creating vaccum . it can be installed at lower elevation. Stock enters into the inlet chamber and directed in between two mesh covered disc. The level difference between feeding and filtrate chambers provides the necessary hydraulic pressure difference for a water drains through the mash The rotation if disc has dual action.
First, thickened stock is conveyed into the discharge chamber. Secondary, it creates “rolling effect “of the stock lump on the disc surface, producing a clearing action. The mesh of the discs surface is cleaned by spray nozzles pipes.

De-Inking Cell

The purpose of de-inking is to remove the printing inks and other substances like stickies that might effect the paper making process or the final properties of the paper. In a de-inking process the should be first detached from the fiber. Flotation technology with high efficiency provides high yield of fibers and simple handling with maximum operating reliability.
The primary flotation stage ensure highest possible stock purity and the secondary stage optimized flotation yied without an loss of brightness and cleanliness. A De-aerator cyclone removal air from the stock and usable fiber are recovered from the foam.
Principle Of Operation: 
The Parason De-inking cell consists of number of cells in series with elliptical cross section with a baffle extending over the entire cross length to separated suspension chamber. Air (at the atmospheric  pressure and pulp stock to be de-linked is introduced into the cell chamber through injectors. Flow through nozzles generated vacuum which sucks in the necessary process and generates micro turbulence resulting in widely ranging bubble sizes enabling efficient removal of an equally wide range of particles size. The injector optimize the quantity of the air injected and the size of the bubbles generated.

The pulp stock freed from ink is pumped from the bottom of one cell to the next cell. The ink laden foam overflow to the foam chamber with the help of motorised paddle. Flotation process is operated a continuous mode and help to removal ink particles efficiently. Since the cells are interconnected by opening only level control system is required for entire flotation machine.

Working Principles
The tangential inlet accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Sand with high specific gravity is forced to the outer wall of cone and downward to collect in a trap from here it is isolated and removed through a valved chamber with intermittent discharge.
Thus clean stock rises through the middle of vortex towards the outlet. Water injection at the base of the cone maintains the vortex action and aids fiber recovery.
